COVID19 affected my job, so I'm on reduced hours. I have been dedicating a lot of time to hobbies and learning skills I've always wanted to. I started writing again, and am learning to draw and play guitar.

Keeping myself busy with hobbies that I thought were too "time-consuming" before the pandemic.
Slowing it down. I have anxiety and everything is so fast paced in my life. It is harmful for my body and the fact that I sometimes have nothing to do has really been good and hard for me.

Other than washing my hands a lot more than I used to? ;) I think I will call my friends and family back home much more often, and also check much more regularly on my neighbors who live alone.
Exercise almost daily. Always read before going to bed.
Hmm, spending large amounts of time outdoors, escaping from the screen with all the news. Doing something constructive with my projects in the garden, or paint when the weather is bad.
See movies at home in a regular fashion with my kids.

I keep on disinfecting everything from all supermarket shopping stuff to shoes, not bad to continue doing it. From one week youga I turned to everyday half and hour yoga at home which I'd like to keep it even after this crisis
